All sales on tokegon.box are final. If items are damaged in transit we’ll happily provide a replacement or refund. Email cs@tokegon.box within 14 days of delivery.

We can’t make any changes to your order, but if you reach us in time we’ll be happy to cancel it so you can place a new one. Once orders are ready to ship, they can’t be cancelled, so get in touch right away! Email cs@tokegon.box.
