Shipping policy

 

Where does Tokegon ship to?
 We currently ship within the United States & Canada.

How are the stickers shipped? Our standard shipping is done by lettermail and does not have tracking available. Tracked shipping is available for a fee of $15, or free over a certain threshold.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered? We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you should receive it within 5-8 business days. Have you been waiting longer? Please email info@tokegon.box and we’ll get to the bottom of it.

My package was marked as delivered, but I didn't receive it. Delivery personelle may have marked your package as delivered prematurely—your package will most likely be delivered within a few days. Has it been longer? Email us and we'll be glad to assist.

Be sure to double check your address when you receive your order confirmation e-mail to make sure that it’s up to date! If you notice an error, please email us as soon as possible.

How do I return an item? All sales on tokegon.com are final. Items damaged in transit? We’ll happily provide a replacement or refund. Email info@tokegon.box within 14 days of delivery.

I received the wrong items. That’s annoying—we’re sorry for the mixup! Please contact info@tokegon.box and let them know which items you’re missing.
